PromptVoice has updated its IVR prompts, in-queue and on-hold audio platform to boost engagement and encourage subscription upgrades whilst minimising the demand on partners’ marketing teams.
Amongst the updates are a set of new APIs that enable integration billing platforms including Union Street and Inform Billing and APIs which allow resellers to integrate PromptVoice with their existing telephony portfolio.
PromptVoice has also made it possible to implement audio recordings directly from their platform, eliminating the need for audio files to be downloaded and then uploaded into a telephony platform.
According to CEO Anthony Buxton, the latest release delivers reduced management requirement and a completely overhauled marketing toolkit.
He said: “This development is aimed at both enhancing the user experience, and helping channel partners grow their subscriber bases with little or no interaction from their sales and marketing teams.”
