8x8 has added PromptVoice to its new Technology Partner ecosystem, to help its UCaaS and CCaaS customers to deliver better caller experiences.
The PromptVoice integration gives customers access to audio recordings with AI and human voices in over 30 languages, together with AI scripting assistant for in-queue, on-hold and auto-attendant messages.
Anthony Buxton, PromptVoice CEO, said: “Historically few 8x8 partners have offered professional recordings for their solutions.
“Now they can deliver a complete solution including in-queue, on-hold and prompt recordings, adding that missing piece of the jigsaw.”
