Wildix resellers can now leverage in-queue and on-hold audio solutions as PromptVoice becomes compatible for streaming on all Wildix systems.
PromptVoice’s streaming technology enables end-users to make instant changes to the music and messaging that plays to callers whilst queuing or on-hold, in real-time.
Laura Maddocks, Channel Manager at PromptVoice, said: “We can now work with the Wildix customer base to add an additional layer of functionality, and monthly recurring revenue, to the range of UC solutions Wildix resellers already enjoy.”
