Network operator Vaioni Wholesale has launched a new version of its portal to give partners more quoting and self-service functionality.
Partners can now access a combination of real-time information when looking for Ethernet services for customers, with the ability to select multiple options in a single quote across a number of postcodes.
"myVaioni also enables bulk quoting and offers category type information so that decisions on where to place orders can be made on more than price alone, and gives accurate total order costs including estimated ECCs (Excess Construction Charges)," stated Vaioni Wholesale MD Sachin Vaish.
"These services, and more, allow partners to determine the right service for their customers, based on cost, quality, bearer, bandwidth, terms and location – and place orders for services in seconds.
"The process is entirely self-serve, cutting time and reducing inconvenience for partners."
