Redsquid has acquired Itek Systems Management, an agreement that marks the company’s third acquisition in the last month and its sixth in the past 12 months, further solidifying its position in the market as a key IT solutions provider.
Following Redsquid’s first acquisition in Aberdeen last year, this acquisition broadens the company’s footprint in Scotland, allowing for more market penetration and access to local businesses.
This strategic move also ensures a faster response to customer needs, as well as a new office presence and the addition of Itek’s skilled team and managed services to enhance Redsquid’s service offerings.
Moreover, with the incorporation of Itek, Redsquid gains key expertise and resources to help transform customers’ business operations through consultancy and support services.
