Evolve IP has appointed Adam Geldard-Williams as Partner Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and inspire further partner success.
Geldard-Williams will provide dedicated support across different sales activities, focusing on a suite of white-label ‘best-of-breed’ solutions including sophisticated UCaaS and CCaaS technologies.
Having previously spent over three years in account management at a cloud services provider, the new Partner Account Manager feels his role is a ‘good fit’ to further expand his career aspirations.
He commented: “For now, my focus is on building customer relationships through education and high-level support activities with key strategic resellers across the country and beyond, both on an individual and departmental basis within my partners.
“It’s all about understanding partners’ business goals and helping them utilise our extensive product portfolio, as part of a ‘tailored’ approach, adapting the solution to the customer.”
