Exertis has revamped its group leadership structure to reflect its increasing focus on global operations.
Neal Johnston has become Global Operations MD in an expanded role. He was previously Exertis MD of Supply Chain Services.
Rod McCarthy takes on the additional role of MD for the services business in the UK and Ireland, with a remit to expand those capabilities on a global basis. The role will focus on delivering remote support and management, configuration and deployment, and lifecycle management for customers.
McCarthy will continue to lead the Exertis business in Ireland reporting to Paul Bryan, Exertis UK&I MD.
In addition, it has made three executive appointments and promotions in key functional areas of its business
Jason Chibnall has become CIO, Fiona Graham is CMO and Alan Lynch is now Global Logistics Director. All three report to Tim Griffin, DCC Technology MD (DCC is Exertis' parent company).
Griffin said: “These appointments reflect the evolution of our business as we continue to increase our global presence, and will enable the organisation to leverage its scale while expanding our capabilities to more customers in more countries."
