Cloud Telephony provider Xelion UK has upgraded its integration with Microsoft Teams, responding to the market need for a total UC solution, according to MD Dave Reynolds.
He said: “Customers see a huge benefit to using Teams within their organisations but have been quick to understand that it is no PBX replacement on its own.”
Xelion UK is offering its new integration Direct Routing solution at a lowered cost compared to past iterations.
