Jola has announced the availability of full automation on Direct Routing, enabling resellers that lack Microsoft skills in-house to sell the service.
"The challenge many resellers face when using Direct Routing is configuration," stated Adrian Sunderland, Jola’s CTO. "It requires the installation of Microsoft PowerShell or S4B and experienced Microsoft qualified engineers.
“Our Automated Configuration for Direct Routing doesn’t require partners to provide Office 365 credentials. It gives all resellers the opportunity to sell, provision and manage Direct Routing within a self-serve portal, without the need for specialist knowledge, skills or software.”
