BDR has acquired Colchester-based IT and communications reseller 3C Technology to add £7m revenue and extend its national footprint.
3C’s locations will be used to establish two further business hubs to complement BDR’s existing sites.
The deal also strengthens BDR’s relationships with Microsoft, HP, VMware, Sophos and Citrix.
BDR Group MD Malek Rahimi states that the acquisition will help the group with its 2023 targets and claims that the group is planning further acquisitions for the year.
