BDR has completed its third deal of the year, acquiring Colchester-based reseller Wireless Telecommunications (Loop Voice and Data).
Wireless Telecom brings recurring revenues over 90% and a customer base with cross sell opportunities for BDR’s additional IT, and cloud products and services.
Following the recent acquisition of IT support company 3C Technology, also based in Colchester, this deal strengthens BDR’s business hub based in the town.

BDR CEO Malek Rahimi adds: “We are still negotiating with other potential acquisitions for the remainder of 2023 to fulfil the group’s planned direction.”
