BDR Group has acquired Essex-based YTS as it continues to bolster its recently established Colchester business hub.
This marks BDR’s fourth acquisitions this year and third in Colchester, following deals for 3C and Loop.
BDR Group MD Malek Rahimi said: “With several multi-million-pound business wins in 2023 alongside a highly active M&A pipeline, we will continue our expansion and building towards the teams £100M goal.”
BDR, headquartered in Stratford-upon-Avon, operates out of four business hubs with 200 staff.
