BDR Group has doubled its mobile and IOT base in size through the acquisition of Loughborough-based TFM Group.
The acquisition also brings specialists and experience to BDR Group, which is already delivering Software Defined WAN in the enterprise sector.
BDR MD Malek Rahimi (pictured) said: “TFM Group adds around £5m revenues to BDR bringing us ahead of planned results for 2023.”
This is BDR’s second acquisition in 2023 and the company states it will shortly be announcing two further deals.
