Content Guru has launched a workflow management tool, storm Conductor, which enables authorised users to make rapid service changes without administrator involvement.
Users can adapt live services in real-time and define their own entities, such as IVR menus, announcements, and number routes.
“Great CX is often hindered by delays in the change request process,” said Richard Manthorpe, Product Director at Content Guru.
“Conductor streamlines efficiency for storm users, making it safe for authorised contact center staff to control elements of the service that are relevant to them.”
The solution integrates with Content Guru’s no-code service designer and features integrated text-to-speech functionalities.
