Soitron UK will begin offering Content Guru’s storm platform to its customer base following a reseller agreement signed between the companies.
This agreement strengthens Content Guru’s strategic partner network in the UK and across Europe.
Robert Barbus, Director of Soitron UK, said: “Through the partnership with Content Guru, we will be able to serve the rapidly growing CCaaS market and offer our customers a powerful cloud contact centre solution.
“A number of our customers are looking to implement leading AI and chatbot solutions and Content Guru’s expertise in this area presents an opportunity for us.”
