Forrester recognises Content Guru’s contact centre credentials

Content Guru’s contact centre solution has been recognised as a ‘Strong Performer’ by Forrester, which cited the company’s solid vision of offering omnichannel and omnidata solutions.

The Forrester report reads: “Content Guru is good for medium-to-large enterprises and multinational corporations that care about high availability and scalability and have complex functional requirements.”.

Martin Taylor, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO at Content Guru added: “We are constantly adding new capabilities to our storm solution and will support our expanding customer base as they deliver customer and citizen communications.”
