Voiceflex has signed a strategic collaboration with AudioCodes to roll out AI-powered conversational IVR and contact centre for Microsoft Teams across its network.
The company will now offer AudioCodes Voca Conversational Interaction Centre, which offers conversational AI, analytics, omnichannel support, and intelligent call routing.
This enables Voiceflex partners to deploy and scale customer experience capabilities for Microsoft Teams users and facilitates routing of numbers within Voiceflex's network to both PBX systems and Microsoft Teams agents.
