GoTo has unveiled more than 100 new features for GoTo Connect that combine omnichannel customer experience, practical AI solutions, and streamlined management to help SMEs communicate better, using the latest advancements. 

By introducing new communication channels, expanded mobile features, powerful admin tools, and an enhanced unified inbox, GoTo Connect helps businesses to manage conversations across email, WhatsApp, and more with an all-in-one approach.

GoTo Connect now offers SMEs an all-in-one platform to communicate across all channels with enhanced mobile functionality, and newly added channels; AI-Driven Customer Experiences with updates to manage calls and analyse agent conversations; and simple communications management using GoTo Connect with admin tools to add products, edit audio clips, safeguard sensitive conversations, and manage SMS messaging.
