Cirrus has joined forces in partnership with NICE, adding the AI-powered platform to its portfolio and helping deliver a bespoke CX solution for mid-market contact centres.
The contact centre solutions provider says the NICE CXone Mpower will help partners to unify workflows, agents and knowledge on one platform.
This will elevate customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive business growth, through an AI-powered experience.
