Evolve teams up with Talkdesk to offer partners AI-powered solutions

Evolve IP has joined in partnership with Talkdesk to enable its partners to adopt the latest contact centre technology trends, helping boost revenue and cut costs.

The global cloud collaboration company generated significant growth and saw the addition of new partners last year, and is now describing 2025 as the ‘year to sell’ with new technology partners, combined with enhanced levels of reseller support.

Talkdesk will give Evolve IP’s partners the power of CXA that will replace disconnected workflows with coordinated, multi-agent orchestration, enabling contact centres to deliver faster resolutions, capture more sales opportunities, and drive higher customer lifetime value.
