8x8, Inc has delivered recent innovations to the 8x8 cloud platform that will help enhance customer and employee experiences and engagement.
The CX-driven tools include AI-powered transcriptions in 8x8 Contact Center, improved call quality for Azure virtual desktop environments, and more extensive customer engagement capabilities.
According to a recent Metrigy report, Customer Experience Optimization 2024-25, companies overwhelmingly see improvements using AI with revenue up 17.9 percent, customer ratings improving by almost a quarter and agent efficiency up 21.8 percent.
