Voiceflex has introduced 24/7 customer-facing support to ensure its partners has access to assistance anytime.
The decision is driven by partner feedback following a survey conducted in January in which a high percentage expressed an interest in having the ability to contact the vendor’s support team, day, night and weekends.
CCO Paul Taylor said: “This is not just about extending our hours; it's about ensuring that our partners have the support they need whenever they need it.
This will help our partners to navigate new opportunities and challenges with confidence. As we continue to grow and evolve, our partners' success remains our top priority.”
