Resellers can now upgrade customers using Microsoft Teams to a business-grade UC solution following the latest launches from NEC.
According to UK & Ireland Sales Director Andrew Cooper, NEC ‘s Univerge Blue Connect ‘with’ MS Teams and Univerge Blue Connect ‘for’ MS Teams “will enable customers to use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and Univerge Blue Connect for business-grade, cloud-based phone system features, such as contact centre and advanced call routing.”
Ram Menghani, President of Product Development for NEC added: “Microsoft Teams saw a tremendous uptick in user adoption in 2020 so developing a solution that complements Microsoft Teams was a natural next step for our platform.”
