Tollring partners will be able to differentiate their Microsoft-led offering from the 28th November with iCall Suite Call Analytics for Teams.
This enables users to visualise and measure call performance across Teams Phone activity.

The launch coincides with Tollring showcasing the solution to service providers at the Cavell Enable event in Bishopsgate.
