Resellers that do not help customers migrate away from PSTN will soon have their clients poached by competitors, warns telephony carrier Voiceflex.
Sales & Marketing Director Paul Taylor said: “With the PSTN switch off 52 months away it’s not too early to start moving your out of contract existing customer base to SoGEA or FTTP, because if you don’t someone one else will.”
Voiceflex has launched SoGEA and FTTP connectivity checker to make migration easier, allowing users to quickly identify what broadband is available in their area.
