Voiceflex is celebrating winning the Innovation Partner of the year of at an AudioCodes event in January, reflecting the company’s progress and achievements given the competitive landscape of AudioCodes’ partners in the UK.
The communications carrier company’s journey with AudioCodes has grown steadily, building a positive engagement around 18 months ago with their SBCs, and over the past 12 months this has expanded to include live platform, VOCA, meeting insights, and call recording applications.
Prior to this, Voiceflex made the transformation moving from telco to techco, with VOCA becoming an instrumental part in its development as a voice provider.
These developments included the evolution of the standard VOCA product with the addition of cloud-based applications, such as WhatsApp for Business Platform (API) and AI-driven applications and integrations.
