Tiger and Oak Innovation will act as strategic partners to sell each other’s core products, bringing a combined call recording and analytics offering to customers.
Customers of Tiger will have access to Oak Innovation ClarifyGo recording product and Oak Innovation will offer Tiger Prism to its customer base, which provides UC data for business decision making.
With this new collaboration, the companies hope to add £1m ARR in the first 12 months.
Oak Innovation CEO William Emm (pictured) said: “I initially approached Tiger to discuss its analytics products, but it soon became clear that the businesses could open a wider opportunity by partnering both ways.
