Nuvola Distribution is marking a milestone in becoming Platinum Distributor & Service Partner with Luware, achieving the highest partnership status within the Luware Partner Program and becoming the only distributor in EMEA to be awarded this level.
Since becoming a partner in February 2022, Nuvola is now officially recognised for its performance, advanced technical capabilities, and commitment to Luware’s cloud-native contact centre solutions.

Attaining Platinum status will give Nuvola specific privileges, benefitting both existing and future reseller partners, and includes extended sales rights and the full rights to sell Luware solutions and services directly to resellers; alongside specialist services that allow authorisation to deliver complex onboarding, configuration, and implementation, including Power Automate and CoPilot automations to streamline deployment.
These benefits will help Nuvola to support resellers drive growth and reinforce market differentiation for all partners in the ecosystem.
