NTA unveils new tools to help partners add value

Service provider NTA has announced a new set of tools it claims will help tackle a range of challenges faced by resellers.

The solutions, unveiled at the company’s annual partner event, staged at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, include new handsets, advancements in NTA’s WhatsApp integrated solution, and upgraded enhancements to the MobeX softphone and partner portal.

Also demonstrated at the ‘Connect at the Castle’ event were features NTA hopes will add value to partner propositions utilising text-to-speech, the UK’s official Telephone Preference Service and transcriptions.

“At NTA, we’re all about putting partners first,” said Marketing Manager Tom Rogers.

“Our partner conference was the perfect stage to showcase our solutions that tackle the challenges resellers face.  We’re giving them the tools they need to deliver telephony services that go above and beyond customer expectations.”
