NTA has launched a unified solution that harnesses Bubble’s CRM integration tool and will help streamline business communications to meet customers' telephony and CRM integration needs.
Set to be introduced in early December, the NTA platform aims to “enhance collaboration and operational efficiency” by harnessing the power of NTA’s telephony platform alongside Bubble and connecting through NTA’s MobeX connector.
This will allow users to access a system that centralises all communication channels to transform customer interactions, streamline workflows and optimise every customer touchpoint, regardless of the business size.
Key features of this integration include Click-to-Dial, Call Logging, Real-Time Call Pop-Ups, Powerful Automation, and more.
Cliff Chandler, Head of Sales at NTA, said: “While we have had CRM integration for many years, our new partnership with Bubble now allows us to connect with over 200 CRM platforms.
“Even if a customer's CRM isn't currently compatible, adding it to the integration roadmap is seamless and comes at a lower cost than other solutions in the market.”
