Focus Group has acquired Silver Lining to expand its service portfolio and technical capabilities, and build its market presence on the south coast. This is the Focus Group’s tenth acquisition this financial year.
The deal will also accelerate channel growth opportunities with the deal incorporating Atmoso, a channel-only provider which specialises in managed cloud services and PCI compliance.

Silver Lining’s owners will stay on as shareholders, whilst the wider team will continue to work from the business’ base in Fareham.
