Pragma has expanded its portfolio with Sidekick and WhatsApp for CONNECT for iPECS Cloud.
Sidekick, an AI-powered call assistant, creates intelligent applications, while WhatsApp for CONNECT offers WhatsApp integration within the CONNECT interface.
These launches follow the introduction of ENGAGE for CONNECT, a website chat widget that allows organisations to deliver better customer service through their website.
