Pragma has launched CONNECT for iPECS Cloud, which integrates the UCaaS platform with other cloud services.
The solution brings all communication channels into one interface and all core cloud services into one bespoke environment.
The platform comes with some integrations already built in including Google and Microsoft, as well as project management and time-tracking software.
It also offers bespoke integration as Pragma is working with a third-party development partner, to create custom integrations.
