NUSO has acquired T-Metrics, bringing new opportunities for NUSO’s customers and partners with the integration of an advanced contact centre into the company's UCaaS and CCaaS offerings.
The acquisition will also help NUSO expand its Cloud Communications portfolio and supply a CloudCustomer Contact solution with pre-packaged implementation plans.
The T-Metrics’ single platform is described as a “fully integrated solution and feature-rich platform” that helps partners provide customers with an all-in-one contact centre solution to boost communications.
NUSO will continue to offer cloud communications products including the NUSO Unified Communications UCaaS solution, the NUSO Connect for Business Contact Centre solution, and the NUSO Connect Compliance Recorder.
