UKCloud has received approval for its acquisition by Hadston 2 under the National Security and Investment Act.
The confirmation of this approval by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy allows for new investment which will bolster UKCloud’s strategic vision for sustainable digital transformation across the UK.
UKCloud will now enhance in product portfolio and invest in its people over the coming months. The company will concentrate on deepening its key strategic relationships and securing closer partnerships with leading tech companies.
