UKCloud has been awarded a space as one of nine suppliers on the new Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Cloud Compute Framework.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. This framework has been introduced to provide a route to market for public sector organisations to adopt hyperscale cloud deployments directly from suppliers.
To win its space, UKCloud had to showcase an ability to deliver various services and prove its dedication to corporate social responsibility.
Simon Hansford, UKCloud’s CEO, said: “With inclusion on the CCS Cloud Compute, organisations are able to quickly analyse and confidently identify that UKCloud are able support them as they look to implement more digital-first operations and unlock new services.”
