8x8 beefs up hybrid work offering

8x8 has bolstered its contact centre, voice communications, chat and meetings products after finding that 82% of organisations plan to continue offering hybrid working.

The updates aim to help organisations connect all agents for faster customer resolution and aid collaboration and communication remotely across all devices, according to Dejan Deklich, Chief Product Officer at 8x8.

He said: “We continue to innovate on the integrated cloud contact centre and communications platform, allowing organisations and their employees to work and engage from anywhere, on any device in the app of their choice.”

The updates include a beta-version 8x8 Work for Web app which provides secure UC and collaboration across various devices and operating systems and a platform wide SLA.
