Cisco's ambitions in the CXaaS space are set to advance significantly following its acquisition of London-based software and services provider IMImobile for $730m.
Cisco says the deal will enable it to provide an end-to-end customer interaction management solution through the customer’s choice of channel.
IMImobile's software and services help businesses connect to customers through 'enhanced' interactive channels including social, messaging and voice.
