Wholesale comms supplier NDG Supernet's One-Touch partner portal has received a capability boost following its integration with Union Street Technologies's aBILLity billing platform.
One-Touch provides a central hub for NDG Supernet’s partners to manage their customer base, review billing and provision new products and services.
“Using Union Street’s API, we have been able to harness much of its functionality to power One-Touch’s billing capabilities," said NDG Supernet CEO Alex Bentley.
"Because all customer data is held in One-Touch there’s no need for our partners to re-enter this data into a separate billing system.
"Integrating billing and provisioning in One-Touch ensures that whenever a customer is won or uplifted, charges are applied to their account automatically. All billing is white-labelled with our partners’ branding as they have complete ownership of the customer relationship.”
Union Street's Head of Sales and Marketing Vincent Disneur said: “Union Street has channelled considerable resource into developing our API along with supporting documentation and associated support services.
