Tekton Billing is enabling resellers and end users to manage their accounts through mobile, claiming the first mobile enabled Customer Portal in the telecom billing industry.
Through the solution, ZOEY Mobile, users gain access to financial information, including unbilled charges, current spend, and bundle consumption. They can also view raised invoices and download PDFs.
Self-service options, such as managing personal information and implementing call bars, are available through Tekton Billing’s supplier API integrations.
