Affinity Billing users can now automate report generation outside of office hours through a new Report Scheduling Service.
Product Owner, Samantha Dennahy said: “Many users find running reports to be a repetitive manual process and depending on the complexity of the report, it can also have a big impact on system performance, reducing the productivity of billing personnel.
“This Service enables Affinity to automatically run reports out of hours so our partners can have the information they need ready and waiting for them at the start of their working day.”
The service allows schedules reports to be generated in CSV format and uploaded to an SFTP site. Zipped encryption is enforced on all output files, conforming to best practice for information security management.
