Cheshire-based inTec Business Solutions has acquired Stourbridge firm Vision Corporate Services.
The deal forms part of inTec's model to build a network of telecoms partners, then expand their product and service portfolios and later become 'owned' partners.
inTec acquires a controlling interest but the partners' identity and its management remain the same.
The company has secured £4m in growth capital to fund its development of technology solutions partnerships.
inTec Chairman Simon Howitt said: “Partners can see the sense of being able to leverage inTec’s technical capabilities and work with their customers across a broader spectrum than just telecoms.
"They like that they are joining a group where they keep their identities and have a clear plan to drive growth in their business.”
