inTEC Group has completed its fourteenth deal since 2016 with the acquisition of Reigate-based Sweethaven Computers.
This move extends inTEC’s geographical reach meaning they now have nine office sites in Manchester, Altrincham, Newcastle, Cumbria, Guildford, Sussex, Dublin, Cambridge and Reigate
It enables the combined group to bring Google Partner expertise into a wider skillset, providing further enhance digital transformation offerings and optionality for both schools and businesses.
Simon Howitt, CEO at the inTEC Group added: “We will work with Sweethaven to bring added value to their client base whilst further enhancing the inTEC portfolio through the additional state school and academies experience.”
The company plans to further extend its geographical reach throughout the UK&I this year through additional acquisitions.
