Focus Group has completed its eighth acquisition of the year with the takeover of Buckinghamshire-based voice and data provider Entropie.
The deal will bolster Focus Group’s presence in the central regions. In close proximity to the offices of Boxx Communications acquired in October, Focus will be strongly placed to scale up service delivery across the area.
Tom Jones, M&A at Focus Group said: “Entropie is a business that has all the characteristics we look for when we’re on the acquisition trail, reputation, solid performance, similar product set with high-recurring revenues and a customer-centric approach.”
