Tollring gains IP Co-Sell Eligible qualification

Tollring has attained Microsoft Azure IP Co-Sell Eligibility Status for all three of its SaaS Analytics 365 solutions for Microsoft Teams, adding value to customers while reducing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC).

The three products - Call Analytics, Call Recording with AI Analytics and Collaboration Analytics - are accessible via the Microsoft Azure and AppSource Marketplaces.

End customers, service providers, resellers and Microsoft partners can purchase and self-provision all three Co-Sell Eligible Analytics 365 products on Microsoft marketplaces.

With each having the same interface, the consistent user experience helps managers to understand performance and productivity, while for partners, the suite offers differentiation within their Teams Calling and Direct Routing offerings.

The trio of Analytics 365 products also provides users with visual insights that reveal trends and patterns across all areas of communication within Microsoft Teams.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring said: "With our status now being IP Co-Sell Eligible, it extends the audience and visibility of our Analytics 365 product suite.

“We will continue to help our partners and direct customers to boost the effectiveness of Microsoft Teams through analytics as well as now helping Microsoft CSMs to enhance their customers’ MACC commitments through analytics.”

Riz Khan, Senior Partner Development Manager/ISV & SaaS Recruit at Microsoft, added: “Tollring’s commitment to leveraging Azure's capabilities has significantly enhanced their market visibility, opening doors to new business opportunities through Microsoft's extensive network.”
