A third of UK employees feel their company is stuck in the past when it comes to technology.
This was found in an Enreach UK survey which highlighted that successful hybrid working will required UK firms to bring mindsets and technology up to date.
The survey revealed that slow internet was the number one identifier of a company that was behind the times (31%), closely followed by a fixed working hour day such as a 9-5 (29%).
On the other hand, 47% of people felt that flexible working was a sign of a modern company, as 43% felt being able to work from home indicated a forward-thinking company.
CEO Duncan Ward, said: “‘Hybrid working isn’t a fad in the workplace, it’s something that people are ready for in their working lives and it’s the job of communication technology companies to make it an accessible reality.”
