Poly predicts that hybrid work will become the norm in 2023, with the channel enabling UK plc to benefit from a 72% rise in productivity when employing new ways of working last year.
The company found a continued demand for hybrid working, with 54% of employees wanting to split their time evenly between the office and home.
In 2022 more than 3,300 workers at 70 UK companies, started working a four-day week with no loss of pay in the world’s biggest trial of the new working pattern.
Resellers should be ready for this trend to boom in the new year according to Sof Socratous, Head of Northwest Europe Sales, HP Poly Hybrid Work Solutions.
He said: “To prepare for this shift, UK businesses must adopt effective hybrid working strategies supported by the right processes.
“Employers should also endeavour to provide their staff with the right tools for them, allowing them to work to the best of their ability, regardless of location.”
