Cisco announced new technologies across its networking, security, collaboration and optimised applications portfolio at Cisco Live, the first in-person iteration of the vendor’s flagship conference.
Attendees saw the launch of AppDynamics Cloud, a cloud-native observability platform for modern applications which are based on complex distributed architectures and services.
“Built from the ground up with cloud-native observability, AppDynamics Cloud is about real outcomes, so you can fix issues when they arise, or even before they happen, and ensure digital services offer what users want,” said Liz Centoni, EVP, CSO, GM of Applications.
Cisco also announced new cloud management capabilities that provide a unified experience across the Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, and Cisco Nexus portfolios and a new Cisco ThousandEyes product for optimisation of WAN performance.
Another new product was the Cisco Video Phone 8875, a phone for hybrid work which complements advancements to Webex Calling
Cisco unveiled its new strategy for a global, cloud-delivered, integrated platform delivering secure access and connectivity for organisations of any shape and size.
New additions were also announced for Cisco’s suite of cloud-native, Cisco’s Panoptica app and Calisti app.
