Following a period of trialling Ericsson-LG’s 1000i handsets distributor Pragma has rolled them out to partners.
Pragma is Ericsson-LG Enterprise's sole unified communications partner in the UK and will be providing four models in the range - the 1030i, 1040i, 1050i and entry level 1010i.
The handsets are initially available with the iPECS Cloud platform and the 1000i range comes with automatic provisioning.
Sales and Marketing Director Will Morey said: “In addition to the ease of deployment, the intuitive user interfaces ensure end users get a seamless experience whether their communications are hosted on-premise or on cloud.”
Datakom’s Technical Director Craig Jones noted: "With the introduction of the automated IP Phone provisioning service with iPECS Cloud 3.5 we can reduce the installation time.”
Pragma is planning to introduce a new Cloud Mobile service and a Cloud-based Contact Centre to the channel this year.
