PromptVoice, the provider of prompts, music and in-queue and on-hold messaging, has recruited Oak Innovations Co-founder and Chairman James Emm as Company Ambassador.
Whilst continuing in his current role of developing strategic relationships for Oak, Emm will be tasked with increasing PromptVoice’s customer base and making potential channel partners aware of professional audio as a disruptive value-added proposition.
“Channel businesses can get so engrossed in technical detail that it seems to have overlooked this easy way of improving their propositions. The illogicality of the channel selling voice services without offering their customers top quality voice-over and music solutions, had not crossed my mind. Oak’s co-founder Philip Reynolds and I see this as something new and exciting, and with our sons and other great staff running Oak so successfully, I am delighted to take on an ambassadorial role for PromptVoice. I was getting bored in semi-retirement!”
Commenting on Emm’s appointment, PromptVoice CEO Anthony Buxton said: “James has an enviable depth of expertise and knowledge in the UK channel that is hard to rival. I’m really excited and flattered that he wants to work with us and help us engage with potential partners in the way he has done so successfully with Oak.”
